I want you to know that when you are grieving you are NOT a problem to be fixed!
Read that again ⬆️⬆️⬆️ You are NOT a problem to be fixed.
You are a human being experiencing tender human emotions. And no matter what you are feeling, I want you to know that your feelings ARE valid.
Have the courage & Allow yourself to reach out for support, because you do not have to walk your grief journey all alone.
